TRAIN WITH JULIA 

Kamins Personal Training (KPT) is dedicated to helping you reach your health, fitness, and performance goals once and for all. Julia Kamins is an experienced personal trainer and coach with a Masters in Exercise Science from Merrimack College and is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She holds various certifications in functional training such as the Pain-Free Performance Specialist (PPSC), and is a certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition. No matter your starting point, Julia will help you find the best path towards your goals. You need a coach who is fully invested in you — taking a deep dive into where you've been, where you are now, and where you want to be, Julia will go along side you as you progress towards your ideal self.

PERSONAL TRAINING

One on one Personal Training Sessions with Julia, tailored to you and your goals. Free initial consult included with training package to determine the best frequency, session length, and training structure to get you from where you are now to where you want to be! 60 minute and 45 minute sessions are offered. PARTNER & SMALL GROUP TRAINING 

Training sessions tailored to you and your training partner. Offered 1, 2, or 3x per week. Training with a partner is an exceptional way to keep yourself accountable and increase motivation. Bring a friend to your free consult to see if partner training is right for you.

NUTRITION COACHING 

Holistic nutrition and wellness coaching targets not just nutrition, but all lifestyle factors involved in becoming your best self. Re-work old habits and systematically implement new ones to reach your goals, one step at a time. Working with a coach is a game-changer when it comes to fitness, nutrition, and accountability. When you combine the three, you become unstoppable. Nutrition coaching includes in person or virtual coaching sessions either weekly or bi-weekly depending on your needs. One on one meetings combined with daily nutrition and habit tracking through your personalized app will get you to your goals, and stay there. 

ONLINE PROGRAMMING 

If you are experienced with strength training, but need a personalized training program to be completed on your own or in conjunction with personal training, online programming is for you. As your coach, I take a deep dive into your training history, current goals, lifestyle, and more to determine what you need as an individual in order to progress as efficiently as possible. Workouts are delivered through a personalized app with tracking capability, and you'll have access to me directly for questions, form correction, program adjustments, and check-ins to evaluate progress and goals. Initial consult included with package, either in-person or virtually.
